Posada 06 is part of the most comfortable Tulum Downtown hotels. Posada 06 was built in 2008 in keeping with the natural environement of the area. It´s a family run hotel that like travelers to feel immediately at home and welcome in their comfortable hotel. Posada 06 is a mexican style hotel of 12 rooms with patio or terrace on the second floor. The swimming area includ a hydro massage section and two big solariums for sunbathing or simply relaxing.

The hotel is located in downtown tulum next to many restaurant, handcraft shops, little bars, ...all the downtown action. Posada 06 is 4 kilometers from the tulum beach easy to reach by taxi, bike or car rental.

Important Note

There is no restaurant but Tulum is full of restaurant of all kinf of different cuisine

There is no conventional continental breakfast, but a nice packed breakfast, with biscuits, croissants, fruit juice, tea and American coffee. Our "breakfast" or rather a "start the morning" is put in your room the day before, in order not to disturb you in the morning!

Posada 06 Policy

• No pets allowed in the hotel
• Reservation in Christmas period, with a minimum of 5 nights.
• The prices are for 1-2 person for room. Each extra person, in the room, will be charged 15.00 U.S. low season, 20.00 U.S. high season, 25.00 U.S. Christmas season per night.
• There will be no extra burden for children under 8 years, sharing room with parents

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 30 days before arrival, will retain 10% of total cost, with a minimum of 25.00 U.S., for service charges. In the Christmas period, will retain 50% of total cost.

Cancellations received from 29 to 16 days before arrival will retain 20% of total cost, with a minimum of 35.00 U.S., for service charges. In the Christams period, will retain 50% of total cost.

In all the periods, cancellations received from 15 days before arrival will retain 50% of total cost.

There are no refunds in respect of cancellations 24 hours before arrival and during the holiday, including bad weather or hurricanes; any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. There are no refunds due to flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war.
